FlashX – Liquid Applied Flashing & Waterproofing Membrane

Liquid Applied Flashing & Waterproofing Membrane

FlashX – Liquid Applied Flashing & Waterproofing Membrane is a flexible, breathable coating engineered to create a waterproof but breathable seal on vertical above-grade concrete, masonry, and wood. The most common uses are for concrete masonry unit (CMU) walls, and window and door openings. FlashX has been verified by the Fenestration & Glazing Industry Alliance (FGIA) and exceeds the standards required by AAMA 714-22. It can be applied directly to masonry or concrete with a pH of 13.0 or less and can be sprayed, brushed, or rolled. It is easy to apply, has low VOCs, and cleans up with soap and water. To meet the AAMA714-22 specification, FlashX must be applied to achieve a minimum dry film thickness of 20 mils and the coating must be pinhole-free.
