Sunflex 100% Acrylic Bond & Seal Conditioner is a high quality 100% acrylic formulation designed to penetrate the substrate, bond loose particulates, provide a barrier against alkali migration, and prepare the surface for optimum adhesion of with the finish coat. Available in a clear and pigmented versions for flexibility based upon the color of the topcoat. Ideal for concrete, stucco, EIFS, brick, cementitious and previously painted substrates.
